We understand your concerns regarding the Federal Government’s emerging leasing policies and their potential to impact our industry. We are engaging in an attempt to work with the General Services Administration (GSA) at the level of the Acting Administrator, and we are performing outreach to other organizations with like concerns, such as BOMA, FRPA, and Veteran groups. The NFDA Board is actively monitoring quickly evolving and changing developments and is advocating for our members' interests in smaller groups interacting with Congressional committees, GAO, and the press.

The NFDA remains committed to supporting your needs and interests. We will keep you informed of all developments and our ongoing initiatives.
